Creating an empowering brand that shapes the future of real estate

In collaboration with TPA Berlin, I spearheaded the creation of an iconic brand identity for a stunning apartment complex nestled in Berlin's vibrant historical shopping district near Gendarmenmarkt.

Our team ingeniously crafted a dynamic and versatile environment that transformed the complex into a hub for art, culture, and gastronomy. The project included a chic café, a trendy retail shop, and an awe-inspiring art gallery, all of which revitalized the four majestic Wilhelminian-style houses, erected at the end of the 19th century. With bay windows, stucco façades, and a lavishly adorned tower that exquisitely crowned the architecture, the complex breathed new life into the cityscape.

Our branding strategy was meticulously designed to evoke a sense of awakening and opulence, paying homage to Berlin's rich cultural heritage. This vision was brilliantly executed, culminating in the award-winning 'Glint' book, which clinched the prestigious Red Dot Design Award in the "publishing & print media" sector.
